Diet for life

What does a ‘diet’ mean to you?

  • Wasted years
  • Deprivation
  • Failure
  • Guilt and anxiety
  • Rabbit food!
  • A habit

Actually… it’s just what we eat!

If you want to diet or go on a diet please don’t contact me, as I don’t offer a dieting service. If you want to stop dieting, start living and feel free.  I’m a phone call or email away!

I want ‘you’ to learn to manage your weight, simply. Get back to basics, understand you and your relationship with food and learn to really enjoy it and your life!

Clients, both Male and Female contact me for various reasons…

  • To stop the ‘junk’ and eat good quality food, perhaps organic,in season and local, feeding body and mind
  • To learn to accept their bodies
  • To stop dieting and get on with living
  • To make a diet for life and exercise plan!
  • To get motivated and get active

These are just a few examples.

I use my years in private practice as a therapist and life coach to motivate the change you want.

Want to know more…

I spent years dieting, restricting food and over exercising and was I happy? Well that’s easy, no!

I developed a diet for my life so I could get on with living and enjoying it. No diet, no fuss and no more using food to occupy an over active mind and cope with my seemingly constant stresses.

I now work with my clients so they can do the same thing, for themselves. This isn’t about how I eat or what I ‘do’, it’s all about you and what you want to achieve.
Perhaps you’ve been comfort eating and got into a rut, you’ve used food to cope with life’s stresses or maybe you are being unrealistic wanting to be too thin and need to get happy with you! Some clients contact me because they’ve got so used to dieting they’ve forgotten how easy eating and cooking can be!

My approach takes you through your relationship with you, your life and the food you choose. No dieting, no fads.
